We ship our products from our warehouses in Newark, NJ USA using FEDEX as our main carrier. USPS is used primarily for small
packages such as memory cards. Below are the shipping methods we offer: Ground – We always ship next day of the order.
Standard transit time is 5-7 Business days within USA. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays. You can
determine the cost of your shipment by using LaptopLandUsa.com shipping calculator. The system will automatically calculate cost
of delivery based on item and destination state and a cost of insurance. We will contact you if the actual price differs. If you need
a different type of delivery, not listed above, please call us to make special arrangements.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your submission of an order and/or receipt of an order confirmation automated or otherwise does not signify our acceptance of such
order. LaptopLandUsa.com reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our sole discretion, regardless of the
order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to require additional information from
you before accepting or processing any order.
Money Back Guarantee / Refund Policy
LaptopLandUsa.com must be informed of any problems and/or order discrepancies (wrong product received, wrong product ordered,
shipping damage, or defective product) within 2 business days from receipt of product – email rma@laptoplandusa.biz and indicate
what the problem was. Unless otherwise indicated, all products may be returned within 15-days from the original invoice date for
refund. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply as follows:
- All refused packages will be accepted back in stock and credit will be processed within 2 (two) business days from receipt of the merchandise less 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. No exceptions.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for product compatibility. LaptopLandUsa.com does not guarantee any product compatibility.
- LaptopLandUsa.com does not guarantee any cancellations, modifications, or alterations on any order if customer was not emailed with confirmation from a LaptopLandUsa.com customer service representative.
Return Policy
IF OUR RECORD OF YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION INDICATES THAT THE PRODUCT THAT YOU RECEIVED IS INDEED THE ITEM THAT YOU
ORDERED, WE WILL ACCEPT THE ITEM AS A RETURN AND CREDIT YOU WITH YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, LESS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
WE WILL NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING FEES EITHER TO OR FROM YOU THE CUSTOMER.
IF THE ITEM IS NOT THE ITEM YOU ORDERED, AS REFLECTED BY YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION, WE WILL THEN PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT
CONSISTING OF THE PRODUCT YOU DID ORDER OR A REFUND, INCLUDING SHIPPING FEES.

- If you believe a new item you receive is defective, please notify the manufacturer.
- For all other issues, LaptopLandUsa.com must be informed of any problems and/or order discrepancies (wrong product received, shipping damage or defective product) within 2 days from receipt of product - email to: rma@LaptopLandUsa.biz
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA number is valid for 7 days (product must be received by LaptopLandUsa.com within 7 days of receipt of RMA).

Customer is responsible for :
- Matching serial numbers to the invoice; proper packaging of the returned product; all shipping charges to return the product to LaptopLandUsa.com
- Keeping/ensuring time-frames of RMA and Warranty periods; ensuring all accessories are returned with product; providing return reason and detailed description of the problem.
- Insuring RMA number is visible on the shipping label (on shipping label only, do not write on the retail box).
- Customer is advised to use carrier with tracking capability, as sender (customer) is fully responsible for shipping the (returned) package.
- No refunds will be made after 14 days from date of invoice. Warranty replacement still remains in effect. No Exceptions.
- Refund cannot be greater than the item's original purchase price.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returns for refund (UNLESS THE PRODUCT, IN OUR DISCRETION AND BASED ON OUR TESTING, AS DESCRIBED ABOVE IS DEFECTIVE OR THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED, and BASED ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION). Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where restocking fee applies.
- Customer has the option of receiving the product back at the customer's expense. The customer must notify us of that option in RMA letter.
- Typically returns are processed by the RMA department within 2 business days from the date of receipt. Processing time may vary for different products. For status you must email rma@laptoplandusa.biz
- LaptopLandUsa.com reserves the right to make a decision based on test results, whether to replace, repair, or to refund in accordance with our return policy.
- In case of exchange/replacement, the original warranty period transfers to the exchanged/replaced item.
- LaptopLandUsa.com will not accept any products back that have been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired or modified. See Physical Damage Policy for details.
- Notebook Laptops have 30 days DOA warranty only. Defective Laptops must be returned back to LaptopLandUsa.com within 30 days from date of invoice.

Discrepancy & Shipping Damage
- LaptopLandUsa.com is not responsible for providing a specific delivery service to receiver's area if it cannot be provided by a designated carrier.
- We agree to file any damage claim immediately with its designated shipping carrier.
- Any incorrect or missing item in the shipment, or a damaged package received by Purchaser must be reported to our customer service within 2 (two) business days from the date of receiving the products.
- After carrier processes the claim and we receive documentation confirming that the claim is not denied, we can proceed with the refund or sending a replacement (carrier may request a damage evaluation of the original package in order to proceed with the claim). Purchaser can check the status of the claim by calling either to the carrier and providing the tracking number (can be obtained from our web-site) or to LaptopLandUsa.com customer service.

REFURBISHED: These products are covered by a 90-day warranty that may not be extended.
USED: These products are covered by a 30-day warranty that may not be extended.
NO WARRANTY for any product with:
- Warranty sticker and/or serial number removed by customer.

Advanced Replacement / CROSS-SHIP
